Roostio guests open their digital Guest Hub to plan their trip: what to do, where to eat, what to rent. Local partners get a spot in that guide, in their market only. Businesses that also work with property owners can refer them to Roostio and earn the same fees as agents.

Guest perk

Offer Roostio guests a real perk: a discount, a free upgrade, a reserved time slot. You're listed under "Local perks" in the Guest Hub for your market. Guests get a better trip, and you get customers who already chose you.

Most visible Flat monthly rate per market

Featured partner card

Your photo or logo, one line and a button, labeled "Local partner" in every Guest Hub in your market. The same card agents get.

Higher flat monthly rate

Category exclusive

The only business in your category featured in your market. For example, the only rafting company in Moab Guest Hubs.

Digital Guest Hub placement only. No printed materials, flyers or in-home signage. Flat rates, no charge per view or tap, and no guaranteed results. Location-specific: you only appear to guests staying in your market. Marketing pricing is subject to change based on market conditions.

What a perk card looks like

Your logo, what you offer, the perk and a booking button. It sits in the Guest Hub between the guide's own tips, for guests staying in your market.

Send us your logo, your offer and your booking link. We set up the card.

Each card notes that partners are independent businesses. Example business shown.

Refer an owner

You know owners before we do. Earn the agent fee.

Real estate agent? See the agent referral program. Cleaners, handymen and designers are inside rental homes every week. When an owner you work with wants help with bookings, introduce them. Any partner earns the same flat fees as agents when the property goes live:

3+ bedrooms$2,500per unit

Take it as cash, or as Guest Hub credit at 1.5× toward your featured card. Paid 30–45 days after the listing goes live, if the property is still in the program on the payout date. Subject to Roostio's owner and property review.

Preferred vendor list

Roostio owners handle their own cleaning and upkeep, and they ask us who to call. Approved owner-facing partners go on the preferred vendor list we share with owners in your market.

Group and event stays

When we book weddings, retreats and group buyouts, we connect planners, chefs, photographers and shuttles with the group.

Partner terms

Partner review: Roostio reviews every partner before listing them and may not accept every application. We look for proper licenses, permits and insurance for your work, solid public reviews, and quick responses to guests. We may remove a listing if guests report problems.
Labeled clearly: Partner cards are labeled "Local partner" or "Local perk". The guide's own picks, like "Featured this week", are not for sale.
Digital only: Your card appears in the online Guest Hub for stays in your market. Nothing is printed or placed in properties.
Flat pricing: Flat monthly rate per market, quoted on request. No charge per view, tap or booking, and no guaranteed results. Marketing pricing is subject to change based on market conditions.
Guest perks: You honor the perk you offer for every Roostio guest who shows the code. You can change or end the perk with 30 days' notice.
Independent businesses: Partners are independent businesses, not Roostio employees or agents. Roostio doesn't provide, supervise or guarantee partner services, and isn't responsible for them. Guests book and deal directly with the partner. Listing in the Guest Hub is not an endorsement of any specific service.
Owner referrals: Same terms as the agent program: flat fee per unit by size, paid 30–45 days after the listing goes live, subject to owner and property review.
